Sampayolo Godello on lías.
This wine is made from grapes from small plots of the Valdeorras mountains in Ourense. It has been traced weekly on its own lees giving it greater aromatic load. New harvest added 2019.
Fermentation controlled at 17oC (63 Fahrenheit) in stainless steel tanks, where it has been traced on its own lees for a minimum of 4 months.
Clean and bright golden yellow with greenish flashes.
Intense aromas of ripe fruit (apple, melon, grapefruit, pear), marked vegetal notes and floral background.
Powerful, mature, harmonious and long aftertaste, which lets you taste the glycerin of the work of lees.
Alcohol content: 13%.
