Plot wine from the oldest in the winery, vineyard dating back to 1908.
Fine, broad and pleasant aroma of red fruit jams.
Friendly entry into the mouth, where notes of plum, currant and strawberry jam are mixed with glycerin, potent and round.
Its passage through wood and its subsequent rest in the bottle have polished and softened the tannins of the variety.
Wine from farm where half of a hectar (1.25 acres) of Garnacha tintorera Centenaria has been recovered in slaty soils.
Fermentation controlled in stainless steel tanks and rested in new French oak barrels of 500 liters (132 gallons).
Age of the vineyards: Over 100 years.
Number of bottles: Between 1500 and 2000 bottles during the years of good harvest.
It is not made every year, only when the harvest is exceptional.
Presentation in wooden boxes of 1, 3, and 6 bottles.
