This wine is made from grapes grown on small plots in the mountains of Valdeorras, in Ourense. It has been pumped over its own lees every week, giving it a greater aromatic intensity. New 2019 vintage now available.

No herbicides or glyphosate are used in the vineyards, as care for the environment and for people’s own health is one of the winery’s founding principles.

Clean and bright, straw yellow with greenish glints. Fruity (apple, melon, pear, peach), with hints of hay and flowers. A fresh wine with balanced acidity that confirms on the palate the fruit perceived on the nose, and a slight bitter note that gives it a length that invites another sip.

Vineyards

This wine is made from a selection of grapes from vineyards on the slopes of Sampaio, Seadur, Vilamartín and A Rúa — Valdeorras, Galicia. These are yield-controlled vines, ensuring the fruit ripens properly.

Winemaking

Controlled fermentation at 17ºC in stainless-steel tanks, where the wine has been pumped over its own lees for a minimum of 4 months.

Tasting note

Clean, bright golden yellow with greenish glints.
Intense aromas of ripe fruit (apple, melon, grapefruit, pear), marked vegetal notes and a floral background. Powerful, ripe and harmonious, with a long finish that lets you savour the glycerol from the work on the lees.

Alcohol content: 13%.
