A sweeping entry on the palate, where notes of plum, redcurrant and strawberry jam mingle with glycerol and ripe preserves; rounded.
Its time in oak and subsequent rest in bottle have polished and softened the variety’s natural tannins.
An estate wine where 5,400 m² of century-old Garnacha Tintorera have been recovered on slate soil.
Winemaking
Controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, then rested in new 225-litre French oak barrels.
Age of the vines: The oldest vines in the vineyard date back to 1908.
Number of bottles: A wine made from the grapes of a single estate, and only when the vintage is exceptional.
It is not made every year, only when the harvest is exceptional.
