The vineyards in Valdeorras (Ourense), are mostly small plots resulting from Galician mini-fundamentalism. To achieve the correct integration between fruit and Wood, it goes through controlled fermentation in stainless steel and rests for 4 months in Wood.

Since care for the environment and health itself is one of the founding principles of the winery, treatment is done without herbicides or glyphosates. New harvest added in 2019.

Clean, bright cherry red colour with purple edges; medium-high intensity with aromas of red fruit (raspberry, amorodos) and floral notes such as roses or violets.

It is broad, fresh with good mid-palate, sweet tannins, fruity, long and an aftertaste where those qualities return and invite you to continue drinking.

In short a fresh, serious wine while also at the same time youthful, pleasant, cheerful.
